One of the first Tokyo quests, "Neuromancy" came late in the life of the earlier version of the game.

Steps

Harumi wants to have more eyes on the street, but needs some help uplinking her gear to the outside world.

Tier 1

1. Make your way to the nearby rooftop. Harumi has sent you the location of the first of the satellite uplinks she needs to be plugged into. Take the elevator up. If you hug the walls, you can pass quite close to the side of guards, including the wall facing you as you exit the elevator. They have better vision straight in front of them.
2. Upload Rum's software onto the satellite uplink. If you want to get the Lore, wait until after the uplink and jump up almost parallel to the fence, to get onto the parapet. Shimmy along behind the building and get the Lore from behind the fence.

Tier 2

1. Go to the next location. "Step One is done! Thanks for uploading my gear into the network. There is a second satellite link I need patching into. I've marked it on your map. Shake those happy feet!..please =)"
2. Upload Rum's software onto the satellite uplink.
3. Survive the assault.
4. Defeat the Filth-Corrupted Combat Mech.

Tier 3

1. Go to the next location. Jump from the red building, and cross when the flying beast has passed.
2. Upload Rum's software onto the satellite uplink.

Tier 4

1. Confront the suspicious mech. Harumi wants uncorrupted tech brought to the mech. Elements of Control 1/5 begun.
